VITA SUPRINITY  Zirconia-reinforced lithium silicate glass-ceramic for wet processing

VITA SUPRINITY is the first zirconia reinforced lithium silicate glass-ceramic (ZLS)* and the product of a new glass-ceramic material generation, which sets new standards. It is characterised by a particularly fine-grain and homogeneous microstructure, which ensures an excellent material quality and therefore consistently high loading capacity and long-term reliability. In addition, the material has outstanding processing characteristics such as easy grinding and polishing properties. Integrated translucency, fluorescence and opalescence provide an optimal basis for impressively natural aesthetic restorations.

*This material class is a joint development of VITA Zahnfabrik, DeguDent GmbH and the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicate Research ISC.

VITA ENAMIC Hybrid-ceramic with a dual network structure

VITA ENAMIC – the world’s first dental hybrid-ceramic with a dual network structure, which combines the positive characteristics of composite and ceramic. The dominant ceramic network in this dental material is strengthened by a polymer network, whereby both networks penetrate fully. The sophisticated grinding technique of the Ceramill Motion 2, which was specially developed for hybrid-ceramics, processes the blanks effortlessly and with consistent precision. The blanks are characterised in equal measure by their loading capacity and elasticity.

The VITA ENAMIC blanks have been optimally integrated in the workflow of the Ceramill CAD/CAM system analogous to the Ceramill material range. VITA ENAMIC is available in five 3D-Master shades and 2 levels of translucency for the Ceramill Motion 2.

VİTA blocks MRK II / Tri Luxe forte Fine-structure feldspar ceramic – natural translucency for top aesthetics

The very fine structure of the Mark II and the industrial process are the reasons for the good polishability and excellent enamel-like abrasion properties of restorations fabricated using VITABLOCS Mark II. The material and processing technology advantages of feldspar ceramic, which have been proven by scientific studies, correlate with those of 9 million restorations fabricated to date using Mark II fine-structure feldspar ceramic blocks. The high translucency of the blocks guarantees very good shade integration in the residual tooth structure (clinical survival rate of 90% after 10 years).

Ceramill Ti-forms Inhouse fabrication of customised, one-piece titanium abutments using the Ceramill Motion 2 (5X)

The TI-Forms, which are available for a wide range of conventional implant systems, obtain an excellent surface quality due to the “rotational milling” technology. In contrast to conventional milling in which the blank generally remains in a static position, the blank rotates continuously around its own axis during multipass milling. This not only saves the travel paths of the cutters but also ensures that material is removed uniformly and homogeneously and creates surfaces with an equally precise and smooth finish.

Only a special adapter is required with which exist-ing Ceramill Motion 2 milling machines can be upgraded for the wet processing of the blanks.

  • Great saving in time due to complete inhouse fabrication of customised titanium abutments
  • Maximum value creation and increase in profits because of extended utilisation of the CAD/CAM system
  • High precision of the abutments due to prefabricated implant-connection geometries
  • Maximum protection for the industrially manufactured implant interface by only gripping the abutment on the face side
  • Excellent surface quality due the “rotation milling” technique
  • Blanks available for all conventional implant systems (see compatible implant systems underneath)

CERAMILL TEMP / TEMP Multilayer –Shaded acrylic used for long-term temporary restorations

Ceramill TEMP acrylic can be used for long-term temporary restorations with up to twelve months in situ in the patient’s mouth. The blanks are available in two heights and three different dentine shades as well as “Multilayer” with a shade transition from the dentin to the incisal areas.

Conventional cutters, trimmers and polishing pastes can be used for finishing and polishing. TEMP temporary restorations can be fabricated fully anatomically and can also be veneered with conventional crown and bridge resins. They are suitable for checking the fit and functionality of the actual restoration before it is finished, whereby the tooth-coloured material increases the acceptance of the try-in. Crowns and bridges of up to 14 units can be fabricated using TEMP. Customised, aesthetic gingival forming with implant restorations is also possible.

Ceramill Sintron  CoCr dry mill – easy as wax

Powerful innovation is incorporated into the Ceramill Sintron CoCr sinter metal from Amann Girrbach. This non-precious metal revolutionises the manufacturing process, as the wax-like texture of the Ceramill Sintron blanks (CoCr blanks) allows them to be effortlessly dry milled on in-house benchtop machines such as the Ceramill Motion 2 or Ceramill Mikro. The labour-intensive and error-prone casting procedure and therefore time-consuming manual working stages are no longer required.

The sinter process is also extremely easy: the press of a button is sufficient for a great result with excellent structure quality. Maximum process reliability produces homogeneous, distortion-free frameworks without contraction cavities. Using the new Ceramill Sintron it is possible to achieve predictable, reproducible fit and framework qualities. Ceramill Sintron can be veneered using any CoCr framework porcelain
